The district hospital is cracked - the doctor has left (unsure for how long)The Japanese Field Hospital that was there has also folded and left.
Urgent need for a Field Hospital in this area. The region above Barabise is being selectively evacuated, but cases of injuries in rockfall, diarrhoea, colds have started to come in. Even Barabise needs it

" i already contacted the teams in the field to get more information on the villages Hindi & Chaku. We will consider retasking one of our FMTs to Thangthali to support the local junior healthworker. As Thangthali seems to be safe and be reachable by road with 15 mins of walk... a mobile medical team first to provide support. I needed then there might be an option to establish a field level one hospital in Thangthali."- Response from WHO to the Contact Person.
The contact person was coordinating with other organizations too.
